Wide Island Publishing is a Christian children's book publishing company started by Author Sydney Coffey in early 2021. I had the honor of designing her logo and the layout/illustration editing for her first children's book, "Moshes Big Day: A Lesson in Trust."

 

For the logo design, she wanted it to be a beach atmosphere showing both water and sand. Going through different versions we settled on one that showed a "wider" or bigger picture. The logo itself consists of warmer tones, even in the cool hues there is warmth.
